Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5 flat rate shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States. We use USPS as our main carrier and it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Local Delivery

We do not currently offer local delivery.

In-Office & Curbside Pickup

Skip the shipping fees with our free in-office and curbside pickup options! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Pickup Options:

  • In-Store Pickup: Visit us during our pickup hours to collect your order inside.
  • Curbside Pickup: Stay in your car, and we’ll bring your order to you.

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Please have your order confirmation email with you when picking up your order.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dermpr.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at info@dermpr.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
