Do you offer in-office pickup?

Yes, we offer free in-office and curbside pickup. Simply select pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 2 to 4 business days. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.

What are your costs for shipping, local delivery, and/or store pickup?

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping within Puerto Rico.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. After processing, it typically takes between 7 to 10 days for the order to arrive.

We use USPS for shipping.

We ship to the United States and its territories.
